550 is a good score. If we have to go by your profile, we guess that you are from Rajasthan. And it is one of the States with highest cut off. Though 550 is a good score for OBC Category, the only issue is that this year, top NEET score has been 720 out of 720. This means cut offs will increase across all Medical Colleges.  You might not get a Government Medical College with this score.
