Hello Aspirant,

Accoriding to your query, if you get Vasavi CSE in 2nd phase of counselling it is not considered as internal sliding.

Internal sliding means the students who wants to change their domain or discipline in the alloted college are supposed to submit their choices on the reporting day of college or admission day and it depends on the number of vacancies.

Internal sliding is only applicable in the alloted college in counselling. You can only change your discipline.

But getting a domain in 2nd counselling in the same college is not considered as Internal sliding.

2nd phase of counselling is opted for those who still have a hope to get an admission in a better domain in a better college.

Feel free to drop a comment if you should have any questions

Hope this answer helps.

Thank You!
