So with regard to your query, YES, YES absolutely, you are having very higher amount of chances to get the VIT, Vellore in CSE branch, as your rank is really low and you might get your deserved branch as well. Further the cutoffs vary from one year to another, however, you need to wait until the end of the counselling if you do not get the seat in category -1. But you will get seat by end of counselling, don't worry about that.
