It's not possible to be very honest. If you have passed in PCB in your class 12th so you are only eligible for courses related to pcb and not maths because you didn't have maths in your class 12 th
If you want to sit for JEE mains you should enrol yourself in mathematics from an open school . Then you can sit for JEE MAINS exam.

I am extremely sorry to tell you but you will not be eligible for jee main even after passing maths as an additional subject later on after 12th.
This is because,
To be eligible for jee main it is mandatory to have passed maths as compulsory/core subject in 12th
For reference,
Jee main eligibility criteria is given below -
-) Qualification required :- to be eligible for JEE mains for BE or Btech you need 10+2/equivalent qualification with Physics, mathematics as compulsory subject along with anyone of Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Technical Vocational Subject.
-) Passing year :- one is eligible for JEE main examination for consecutive three years starting from the year of appearing for 12th /equivalent examination i. e to be eligible for JEE mains 2021 you should be either appearing for 12th board exam or equivalent in 2021 or should have passed it in 2020 or 2019
-) There is no age limit to be eligible
-) there is no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible for JEE Main, you just need to have passed your 12th

To became eligible for jee mains examination you have to pass in all three subjects that is maths, physics and chemistry.
Hence if you don't have any of three subjects you are not eligible for JEE mains examination.
