I had secured 252 marks out of 600 in ICAR AIEEA b tech in biotechnology so am I eligible for any government college can i get any government college ?

It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
* Number of seats available
* Difficulty level of the exam
* Number of students appeared in the exam
* Caste Category of the students, etc
For your ICAR rank you have little chances of getting seat but you can try by applying for counselling and you can even try for Management quota seats in good Colleges.
