I had secured 50,59,43 in PCM and secured 60% overall.I have secured 35 in ST category in jee mains.Can I register for josaa counselling?

As given on the website, you clear the cut off marks in Jee Mains for your category but your PCM aggregate is less than 65%.
So you don't qualify for Josaa counselling.
