i had uploaded self declaration in lieu of obc ncl certificate but now i have my obc certificate issued after 1 April 2017 in hand ....

As the session is already over but generally it is required at the time of counseling. Also, if you have secured the seat this year then there will be not need for the same but if you apply for next year again then you will have to get it done again as it expires after 1 year.
