I has called for admission in Madras presidency college . l have applied also for Delhi University. what will I do ??

Hi
University will give you a great exposure. But you can't waste your opportunity for the still not getting one. If you have more possibilities try to convince the officials of the presidency college to hold a seat for you. Otherwise get admission there and wait. If you got a seat in Delhi University, get TC from presidency college and join there. Kindly check whether they will refund the fee.
