Since you're a dropper so you need need to think for what reason you have dropped 1 year of what you are preparing or it might be your personal problem. If you're preparing for something or any exam you should go in that field only doesn't matter you have invested 1 year. There should not be any problem for what you wanted to do. and this thing does not matter that you're fresher or dropper the most of the colleges accepts minimum 2 years gap. So it not such a big issue.

So if you want to go further for B.Sc than you should go forward with it and if you have good marks in 12th than it may give you free hand over admission process in many good colleges.

Yes, you can take admission in B.sc or other any UG Courses. There is no problem. Many of the students after 12th take a one year GAP. There is a no issue. Hey dear, many students take a drop after 12th class for preparation of competitive exams. Many of the students drop more than one year based on their determination of goal. It is not compulsory to do bsc course but if you are not preparing for any exam than you should not waste your time and join some degree courses for betterment of future.
