See in any university counselling there's no need to show your elementary school certificates and certainly they don't ask even anytime. But in pgcet you will be needing of that along with some other documents like- mark card of SSLC, 2nd PUC marks card, Study certificate, qualifying exam marksheet, degree certificate and also caste, income certificate.
