See, ever university provide 7 year to complete your graduation degree and it is mandatory and if one is not able to clear backlogs within the 3 years duration after 4 years of B.tech then the university will hand you NFTE (NOT FIT FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION). And after that , you will not be able to take admission in any Technical University for professional degree or else. So, whichever this college or university is calling you will probably cheat you because its against the rule. Don't hand any money to them and simply move on with life with any other career. Don't mind for what i am saying as there are many other options in life to pursue.
