I have 184 marks in my mind. So i could get admissions in the many MBBS college in the india and Gujarat??

No you can't get admission in any government medical college or any private medical colleges
Because your score is too low for that
I suggest to repeat might be you get better marks than this year
Go for repeat if and only if yoj want to pursue career in mbbs
There is a lot of careet option you can choose
