I can acquire that your pwd certificate is valid upto 29 November,  2023. so this certificate is valid to apply for any current exam let along clat exam. you can apply for clat ug by submitting the pwd certificate. however applicants must secure Forty five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent for  candidates belonging to General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories.
