I have 49% in UG and I'm doing MCom,if i keep good percentage in mcom can i get admission for MBA in top b- school..?

That totally depends upon the cuttoff as well your own respective score in the CAT Examination because based upon that only you will be able to get the top MBA B Category colleges. So go with that and put your preparation in the first gear such that you can be able to achieve your target.
