On the basis of the JEE Mains rank then you can't get any government college. But as per your UPSEE rank you can get admission in government colleges on waiting up to spot round counseling and may not get preferred branch. I suggest you to go for top private institutions of UPTU like AKGEC, KIET, ABES, GLBAJAJ, GALGOTIAS.
