I have 65 percntl in jee main 4lakh rnk in crl and 28k in sc rank. I got 95%on 12 board.can i appear for jossa counselling?

Hi Anagha ! Yes you can take part in Jossa counselling only and only if you cross the cut-off marks. Otherwise no. Through your percentile it seems you haven't crossed your cut off marks and so can't take part in counselling. Your board percentage is very good but sadly not JEE main marks. So best of luck to you.
