I have 69.07% marks in board and 80 marks in jee mains and 71 marks in mhtcet which engineering college i can get for b tech in CSE.

I don't think you will be able to get admission in any good college with either of the two exams I. e JEE MAINS, AND MHT CET,
You should in fact try to get a good private college according to the best placements record in the past

In Mains you are not eligible and in other you will not get any top college.
