Actually, there is quite less chance as in your state there is high ranked NIT & IIT, so there cutoff is high. I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.

As nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission

Even you share homestate quota in tamilnadu but nit trichy is one of the top nits so there is no chance of your admission with this score.

Either you take part in any other councelling process or take any prestigious private institutes

Hello S Smnathan,getting into NIT is very difficult but you can always hope to cutoffs of higher rounds to go down so that you might be eligible.But your chances are too high.Surely,you can definitely give it a try.IIIT Bhubneswar is a good college though.
