2. If it is correct, but e-Sanad gets it wrong, lodge a grievance/ticket through the e-Sanad helpdesk.
3. Clearly state that your official name is SHALINI JAYABALAN, and keep it clear JAYABALAN is not a surname.
4. Attach any ID proof (like Aadhaar/passport/PAN) representing the correct order of your name.
