Hello,
This problem of format is very real. And a lot of students do face this issue. See, it also depends upon the person verifying your certificates at the reporting centre. My OBC Certificate was also not according to the format but I was allowed to continue.

But your luck might not be that good. For being on a safer side, you can just take the copy of OBC certificate and try to get the prescribed format signed and stamped by the same authority too. If the officer is understanding enough, he will manually issue the said format of the certificate.
