Yes,You have a chance to upload that certificate .Before that you should logging your account and you should created your Jee main Advanced Registrations ..At there You can able to find   UPLOAD Certificate options..At there  You should upload the original OBC-NCL Certificate .

If you do not upload the required document befor the said date, you will not be getting reservation.

So keep in mind that you should upload your original OBC-NCL  certificate .
