If you have confirmed your Admission by Reporting to the alloted Institute by paying fees and submitting documents then NO.

You aren't Eligible to participate in further round.

But if you have NOT FREEZED the option and alloted to ARC and paid the seat acceptance fee, then your seat from round 1 will be retained.
