Steps to Resolve Payment Failure
Wait 2–3 Working Days Sometimes the payment gets auto-confirmed after a delay due to server or bank-side issues.
Check Your Bank Statement Confirm that the amount was actually debited. Take a screenshot of the transaction.
Retry the Payment Portal
Go back to the migration certificate portal.
Click on “Complete Payment” again.
If your previous payment was successful, it may get confirmed without charging you again.
Contact Support Immediately
Email the technical team with:
Screenshot of the failed transaction
Your application ID or registered email
Date and time of payment

Refund Timeline
If the payment truly failed, the amount is usually refunded to your bank account within 10–14 working days, depending on your ban
