Id the date for counselling due?. If due then you can go for counselling and if not then you can surely not get it . It might have been alloted to someone else. All the best

Well if you didn't attend the counselling, then there was only one way for you. But now it is too late. The way was through management quota. You need to pay a donation of  3 lacs and you will get your desired branch in a particular category. But now it is too late. All the leftover seats are filled up. But you can still try to contact the concerned authorities if it would be possible for you to get in.
