I have attended jee mains in 2019 as well as in 2020. but never given jee advance exam. can I appear for jee mains 2021 , and jee adv. 2021.

Yes, you can definitely give JEE Mains and JEE Advanced next year.
As per the latest guidelines of NTA, a candidate can give JEE Mains exam 6 times over a span of 3 years(since jEE mains are held twice a year from now on). If you score the threshold marks you will be eligible to give JEE Advanced too.
