You cannot get any NIT, IIT or GFTI with your rank.

Better, do not go for JoSAA councilling. If you want to join any govt. college, then better take a drop and crack JEE with a good rank next year.

If you are not willing to take a drop, then you can apply for some private colleges. Give entrance test of those colleges and get selected.

You have got 815716 obc  rank in jee main. With this rank it is impossible to get any government college in india. You can also check here cutoff of previous year

You can go for private college but chances are low there also.
