I have completed my 12th in 2022,but I am not ready to give jee mains in 2022,thus I am taking drop for jee mains 2023 for admission in colleges under Jac delhi (DTU,NSUT,IGDTUW).I have completed my 12th from delhi, so in 2023 can I still be considered as a delhi candidate for admission under JAC?

No the only way u can register in Jac is by giving jee mains u can still register for jee mains session 2
