As you say that you complete your 12th syllabus and you don't even touch your 11th syllabus this thing tell me one thing that you basics are very strong because generally you have to go back and forth in the 11th and 12th syllabus. So make sure from now you start you 11th syllabus and revision notes of 12 with the 11th syllabus this will help you a lot. And try to slove the previous year question papers this is very important step.

You can do great now even. You still have time to prepare class 11 topics. But make sure you are very good in the 12th topics also. If we talk about chemistry, i don't think there is any chapter to be left. In physics you can prepare gravitation,  work nergy Theorem, rigid Body Dynamics & Rotational Motion, Thermodynamics & Thermal Properties of Matter, simple Harmonic Motion.
For maths quadratic equations, permutation and combination, complex numbers,  series and sequence and probability are really important.
