Since you have done diploma now the best option for you to pursue B.Tech will be through lateral entry. You can do B.Tech. in Textile Technology (Lateral Entry)at Government College of Engineering and Textile Technology, Berhampore, Murshidabad . Admission will be based on the score obtained in Joint Entrance Examination of Lateral Entry (JELET).

Or you can do B.Tech Textile Engineering Lateral Entry through Jawaharlal Nehru Government Engineering College, Sundernagar . In this college admission will be based on merit.
