i have domicile and caste certificate of up but as i have done my schooling in punjab i also have adhaar card of punjab is it valid for counselling for neet

Nisha, Aadhar card is accepted at National level. So even if you got it done from Punjab but you want to appear for UP State Counselling, it is still a valid id proof. So you can appear for UP State Counselling with the Aadhaar card done in Punjab. Your Aadhar card has national level validity.

As per criteria defined DMER Government of Punjab , from 2019 onwards the students who have passed 10th, 11th and 12th from Punjab are eligible for 85% quota in NEET. Since you also have domicile of UP you also get the participate in 85%quota there.
