I have done my 10th, +3(diploma in mech), +3 B.E in Tamilnadu (but no +2) am i eligible for 3years LLB couse?

YES , you can do 3 Year LL.B in DELHI UNIVERSITY by securing 50% marks in UG (Engineering in your case) and no need of +2
Only eligibility criteria is UG or PG Graduate
Eligibility criteria for LLB is :- candidate must have secured minimum 45% in 12th from a recognized board. If you don't satisfy it then you can't do LLB.
You have to search for work as per your higher qualification.
You have done your graduation and it will be enough to look for a job as a fresher. If you want to work on a high profile then you have to make skill atleast.
It is advised to follow the learning path and Don't change your stream in middle which may mess with your career.

For doing LL.B in Delhi University, one should have any Degree with 50% marks.
