I am sorry to see you in pain. But yes, if you are passionate about something and you have the will, you should. You haven't mentioned the reason why you did not take up VNIT in 2018. It is a good College. Having said that VIT doesn't lag behind either. If you want to pursue B.E/B.Tech seriously and are ready to do what it takes or prepare how much ever it demands from you, then you should. How much ever others speak or encourage you, at the end of the day, it is you who knows your strengths.
