aiq counselling and kea counselling happen separately; so is the case for any state counselling and aiq counselling. so yes, if you get a college alloted to you in any of the rounds in aiq counseling ,you have to do document verification while reporting at the college for admission ,which is not dependent on the document verification of your state counseling.
