Hello,

Yes you are eligible to for UGC NET and JRF. The eligibility criteria states you to have a master's degree from a recognized institute. And as you have mentioned that Narsee Monjee is a recognized University then you are totally eligible.

No, you can't! PG Diploma and PG are different things. A candidate with a PG Diploma is not eligible to attempt UGC NET/JRF. Get your PG done within two years and go for it!
