To convert your CGPA to percentage you have to multiply your CGPA by 9.5

In your case you have gotten 8 CGPA so if you multiply 8*9.5=76%

So there would be no students scoring 100% with cgpa scores ,so there is disadvantage of 5% to Andhra Pradesh students who are trying to get admission in Delhi university
