I have doubt that i think o will get 23 marks in Punjabi subject but my assessment pratical and internal 18 so can I promote out of 100
Hello there,
Your total marks in Punjabi will be calculated as:
Theory Marks (Expected):
23
Internal + Practical + Assessment:
18
Total:
23 + 18 =
41 out of 100
Pass Criteria:
In most education boards, the minimum passing percentage is 33% of the total marks (100).
-
33% of 100 =
33 marks required to pass
- Since you are getting 41 marks , you should be promoted as you have cleared the minimum passing criteria.
However, if your board has different passing rules (such as needing to pass theory separately), you should check your
board’s guidelines
or consult your school.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.
You'll likely *PASS* Punjabi subject with 41/100 marks (23 theory + 18 practical/internal).
1. Theory exam: You scored 23 marks out of 80, which is approximately 28.75%.
2. Practical and internal assessment: You scored 18 marks out of 20, which is an excellent 90%.
3. Total score: Your combined score is 41 marks out of 100, which is 41%.
Since your total score exceeds the minimum passing percentage (likely around 33%), you are expected to *PASS* the Punjabi subject.
Hello,
Your total marks in Punjabi will be calculated as follows:
- Theory Marks: 23
- Assessment/Practical/Internal Marks: 18
- Total Marks = 23 + 18 = 41 out of 100
Now, whether you will be promoted depends on your school's or board's passing criteria. Generally, the passing percentage is 33% in most boards.
- 33% of 100 = 33 marks
- Since you have 41 marks, which is more than 33, you should be promoted .
However, if your board has specific rules about minimum passing marks in theory separately, then you should check with your school or board guidelines.
Hope it helps !
