I have fill jee january form by general category, can I fill jee April form by General EWS categories?

Yes you can select EWS Category as your Category if you have the required documents. Because EWS reservation is for General Category students who have less annual income than 8 lakhs, General Category students who have documents can select EWS as their Category for April session even if they chose General Category as their Category in January session.
