There are options to correct the information before submitting the form but, Since the error is only in the mother's name, I think it should not be an issue.

The information needs to be without errors is:

The Name of the candidate, Father's name. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates or Mark sheets or identity proof. Also, the name on your Admit card/Hall ticket should match exactly with the ID proof you are providing.
