As per your question, NO there will not be any problem if your mobile number is unlinked from aadhar card, as you might have already provided an alternate number and an email along with the same. So any notifications with respect to the exam can be checked out through the email.

There will not be any major problem beacuse the number will be mostkly used for the OTP purpose other than most of the communications will be done through the mails.

your mobile number is not linked with Aadhaar or you want to update/change your registered mobile number, you can easily update it by visiting the nearest Aadhaar enrollment center or Aadhaar Seva Kendra .
