Hello,

Yes, you are eligible for the special round. For special round students have to register afresh for participation and pay the registration fees. you will have to fill the fresh choices for participation in special round counseling.

But this round is considered only if any vacant seat is present and the cutoff rank will be mostly the same as it was in the other 3 rounds. The first three rounds are considered important this round has few chances of any changes.
