I have given mhcet in 2019 and also cleared mhboard can i repeate mhcet in 2020 withought giving board in 2020

You can appear without appearing for boards again, if you have passed.
In order to be eligible you should have aggregate 50% marks in PCM.
There is a relaxation of marks for reserved category.
