I have got 112176 rank in jee main, am I eligible for any NIT, IIIT, or GFTI's with a branch of CSE, ECE, or IT?

According to previous year last round cutoffs and trends the maximum rank under which General Category student got the admission in lowest branch in lowest GFTI in other state quota is around 50k to 55.5k but your rank is far from that hence it would be impossible for you to get admission in any college under JoSSA counseling.
