Hello Deekshith.Yes,you can get seat in Engineering colleges with rank 12242.As you didnot mentioned your caste it is a bit impossible to say that you can get BSC Agricultural in particular Engineering college.But there are many Engineering colleges in which you can get seat in BSC.Agriculture course of Btech .If you belong to any category like BC,SC,ST there might be a chance of getting admission in government engineering colleges.
