There is no seperate course for BTech Biotechnology in KIIT. Rather, an integrated degree program is offered by this university. The sanctioned intake is 120, so you have a very high chance of getting into this dual degree program, since you have secured a very good rank in KIITEE.
Biotech is a very research oriented field and most Indian colleges are ill equipped with preparing students for their core courses. But KIIT has maintained that all their students have got placed. Most jobs are in the service sector, so if you are satisfied with that, then join this college. I would recommend that you speak to a senior in that College to get a students views.
