It would be be around 1.2-1.5 lakhs per annum.

I'm not sure about the rank but yes you can grab a pvt. Mbbs seat with a score of 400.

It's a too low score to get an mbbs seat, although you can try for that till the mopup round.Fees is around 7-10 lakhs.
