I have got 25 marks in jee mains exam and in 12th i have got 60 % so. Any chance govt. Collage

No chance for b tech any govt. College. But private colleges are open for you. As well you can do b.sc from any government college otherwise you can do 12th again with full courage and get more marks and jee main again.
Frankly Not in central funded.....But You can try into regional government colleges by applying as per their norms.
