Yes, actually there are many colleges to which you can actually apply. There is no issue to it.your rank is fine and at this you'll definitely get good colleges that are actually persisting in the society so better go for yhem and do check previous year cuttoff as well.

There are only 3000-4000 seats in total for des students so I don't think you even are closer of getting a seat with this category too in this hissa counselling.
If not then you can go for the state governed colleges or some good private college.
