As per your NEET score, there are 50-50 chances for you to get a government college. Because a minimum of 450-70+ is required for getting a seat in govt college for a reserved category candidate under state counseling. As you haven't mentioned your domicile state, quota - so it would be difficult to predict your chances of admission only on the basis of your score in NEET. i'm from gorakhpur ,uttar pradesh and my all india rank is 122846 and category rank is 7069 .can i get government college in any of the states
