As per you marks mentioned your rank would somewhere range around 65038 - 77188.So, considering your rank, category and previous year cutoffs I guess you may have few chances of getting some of the mbbs government medical colleges. Scoring 481 is really great, but to get seat in government medical college you must score 600+ for MBBS and 550+ for BDS.
So getting seat in government college is difficult but you may get seat in private college.
For BAMS you must score 450+ which you have scored (this data is as per cut off of 2020).
You may get good government college for BAMS and BHMS courses.
Merit depends upon cut off and cut off varies every year depending upon no of candidates appeared, qualified, no of seats available, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam.
