ReplyI know about MBM jodhpur where for getting core branch you atleast should get double of your category cutoff.
For e.g . If your jee category cutoff is 50 than you should get 100 for get core branch in MBM in first cutoff
Cutoff generally decresese with more no of round of counseling.(imp point)
As In OBC(NCL) cutoff is 45 for getting mbm in core branch you should atleast get 65 to get admission in MBM .
As MBM jodhpur is good and old college of RAJASTHAN.
One of my friend from general category got civil engineering in second round of counseling at the marks of 143.
